You receive a customized spreadsheet tool you can utilize throughout your planning geared to keeping track of tasks, timelines, and guest lists.

This package is designed for someone wanting to receive generalized advice but not looking for anything further at this time in the planning.

You receive everything in the previous package.

Our team puts together a strategic proposal based on your ideal event and present it at a 1-hour virtual meeting to walk through our suggestions and potential next steps.

You will have access to more customized tabs on your personalized spreadsheet including tracking your budget and the wishlist inspiration tab.

This package is designed for someone looking for initial support but wanting to do the execution on their own.

This is considered our customizable “Partial Planning” package designed for a higher level of support.

You receive everything in the previous packages.

Following the presentation of the strategic proposal, our team works to adjust and finalize selections with the client. This may mean having additional communications, meetings, or adjusting the proposal more than once to get it perfect.

Includes Event Coordinator planning for hands-on assistance in contacting and arranging vendors. You can utilize our team as much as you need to assist with booking, timeline coordination, and more.

This is considered our ultimate “Full Planning” high-impact package designed for someone looking for everything included.

You receive everything in the previous packages AND MORE!

We coordinate as much as you would like within the scope of our project. You are in control of customizing based on your needs, budget, and goals.

Includes onsite assistance and day-of event coordination. Depending on your budget and location, we can be there to support your event!

We begin with your FREE consultation meeting to customize a package that will work for your company's needs. From there, we present a proposal that fits within budget. Once you agree to the contract, we get right to work!
